Returns & Exchanges

At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
